English Translation

This fruit is the egg of the father toucan. This fruit, ulun, is something toucans like to eat: they peck at it, pull it off, peck at it —kaw kaw lim!— and swallow it. That is why toucans feed on this fruit; it is their food. That is why we say they are toucan eggs. Awh! People can also eat this fruit, which is called ulun.
