Three meals per day combining North American, Latin, and Amazonian cuisines are served family style in a dining room overlooking the Napo. Vegetarian and special diet menus are available on request. All meals are prepared in keeping with international security standards for food security. Students who wish to practice Kichwa while learning Ecuadorian recipes may volunteer to help out in their free time.
