Social relation to birds

In beginning times birds were human.  Although now transformed into feathered bodies they retain humanlike emotions and motives. Their bright plumage is their art, their  taste in dress.  When people lived without electricity, at great distances from each other it was the birds that dominated the soundscape.  Their plaintive calls are genuine music, a language that expresses longing and carries  songs between human lovers.
